War Memorials – United Reform Church, Epsom

The now-closed United Reformed Church in Church Street, Epsom contained the wooden memorial plaque pictured below. It commemorates eleven men from what was then Epsom Congregational Church who lost their lives in the Second World War.

An unusual addition is the recording of thanks for those men and women from the local congregation who had “served their country” during the war.
