Children – Harold Wise 1898 Woodford-1968, married Sylvia Tucker; Ethel Florence May 1899 Balham-1982, unmarried. Before moving to Epsom Mrs Algar (nee Wise) had been the wife of Charles Davenport Algar, a civil servant, and lived in Woodford, Essex (married 1896). At some point after 1901 they moved to Sutton and Charles died in 1908, aged 36. In 1911 Harold was at a boys’ college in Woodford Green. Remarried 1914 Croydon district to George Mould (died 1925), a confectioner and tobacconist in Carshalton. Child – George born 1914. Died 26 October 1928, then living Wallington. |
