Details of 1911 Proprietor In 1911 this was a joint enterprise run by Arthur Senior and Arthur Junior. Mr Webb Senior was born in 1845 in Sampford, Essex; he married Lydia Glasscock (c.1849-1908) in 1873.

Arthur Junior (born 1876 Epsom) married Nellie Louisa Ship (c.1880-1953, then living at 18 White Horse Drive) from next door (number 6 East Street) in 1902. Their children (both born Epsom) were Gwendolen Nellie (1907-93), married Harold Ernest Imeson; John Arthur George (1910-91), telecommunications engineer. Died 1 September 1928.
