| Current Occupier (2013) | Kingfish Fish & Chip Shop |
| Occupier in 1911 | Gregory Page General Outfitter |
| Details of 1911 Proprietor | I am not sure whether the real outfitter was Gregory Page or his son, Greg. In 1901 Greg was running the shop but by 1911 he had decamped to Northamptonshire and was working as a cashier. Gregory was once a waiter, but had given his occupation as a missionary for many years, previously in Burton-on-Trent.
Born c. 1841 Goodnestone, Kent; married 1869 Frances Aplin (born c.1849). Children (all born Canterbury) – Alice Maud 1871; Jack (1873-1941) motor engineer’s fitter, married Minnie Hunt; Greg (1876-1943 Canterbury), married Eliza Mabel Hastwell. Possibly died 1915 Derbyshire. |
