Details of 1911 Proprietor Son of Ardern Elphick Snr (died 2 August 1927, then of 13 Chase Road), who was a retired butcher living over his son’s fishmonger’s shop at 120 High Street in 1911. Mr Elphick Snr plied his trade in Hampton Wick.

Ardern Junior was born 1870 in Hampton Wick; married 1904 Ellen Kavanagh (1872-1953).

Children (both born Epsom) – Doris Ellen (1906-87), unmarried; Ardern Kavanagh (1908-1981), auctioneer and surveyor, married Constance Beryl Spicer.

Died 24 August 1944, then living at 7 College Road.
